Applications are invited from registered nurses with significant cardiac catheter lab experience to work in our Cath labs at St Thomas'. This busy service covers five labs with interventional service including primary PCI, rotablation, and emergency PAMI service. Our EP service includes PVI, RF ablations and complex device work some of which is carried out under general anaesthetic.

The current work pattern is a four day week. Shifts will be between 08:00 to 20:00. As we provide a 24/7 emergency service there is an on call commitment with this post which involves out of hours work during the week and at weekends.Band 6 nurses are mentors to the junior Band 5 nurses.
