The Embassy Relationship Manager is responsible for leading on and fully supporting both existing and new relationships with local and in-country Embassies and Health Offices who refer patients for private medical care and/or treatment at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. This is an outward facing role within the Private Patient team at Guy’s and St Thomas’.

The successful candidate will have fluent Arabic speaking and written skills, with a high sense of cultural awareness and significant experience of medical interpreting within a healthcare setting.

The Embassy Relationship Manager is a new leadership role and an exciting opportunity to make a difference to private patient services across Guy’s Hospital, St Thomas’ Hospital and Evelina London Children’s Hospital.

They will also build on successful relationships with all London Embassies and Health Offices and their overseas governments, initially concentrating on the Middle Eastern market.

A flexible approach is required as there will be the occasional need to work different shift patterns.
