The Private Patient Liaison Officer Middle East is part of the face of the international private patient service at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the team of our private patient services across Guy’s Hospital, St Thomas’ Hospital and Evelina London Children’s Hospital.

If you are a high calibre patient advocate and administrator, with a passion for exceeding patient expectation, Guy’s and St Thomas’ would welcome your application.

By use of your fluent Arabic skills, you will provide professional written and spoken interpretation of consent forms, diagnoses, discharge plans and any other type of patient related information
Including website and marketing information. You will serve as a resource to both patients and providers to contribute to a successful patient experience.

You must possess a friendly patient-centric approach and will need to be able to remain calm and approachable at all times.
You should possess excellent people and time management skills so as to be able to provide an optimum level of customer service to patients and their caregivers, both in person and over the phone,
and also to other users of the service. A flexible approach is also required as there will be the occasional need to work different shift patterns.
