Who are We?

The Clinical Nurse Lead role is a qualified band 7 nurse who leads and manages a team of Community Nurses. We have 9 bases in Lambeth and Southwark and each base has a Clinical Nurse Lead who supports and manages the team.

This role combines clinical care with leadership and management and ideal for anyone wanting to climb the professional ladder without losing all clinical skills. 30% of the role is clinical
