We have an exciting opportunity for a brand new post within our Community Nursing teams. Your role will be to provide support to Healthcare Professionals visiting challenging patients displaying violent and aggressive signs, working across Lambeth and Southwark.  This exciting opportunity will offer the successful candidate a prospect to have input into the development of the post. Duties will include: Supporting nurses discussing acceptable behaviour,  drawing up behavioural contracts and endorsing the Trust Zero Tolerance policy.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, caring nursing assistant, able to work alongside patients, and the community team.  They will have the ability to establish rapport with people quickly in stressful situations.

We will provide you with support and training to help you fulfill and succeed in this role through a comprehensive induction programme and continued development. This is an autonomous role and a great opportunity for a band 3 wanting to take that next step.
