As part of the expanding training portfolio DT&I Training (IT Training) need to recruit one new configuration/training administrator to the team.

The primary focus of the role is to provide a high-quality day-to-day administrative and configuration service for the department, including creation of a complex IT system user account over multiple IT applications and facilitating a demanding training administrative service.

The post-holder will be the first line of contact for internal staff and external clients that contact the IT training department by phone, e-mail, Learning Management System, Service Now and in person. The post holder will also be required to perform all other front of house duties to support a busy IT training service.

The IT Training Configuration/Training Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring appropriate hardware and software is available for training and manages the complexities of Learning Management System.

The ideal candidate must be team player with substantial experience working within an Education and Training administration department.

There must be in depth knowledge of Clinical systems and account configuration. The ability to work under pressure whilst being in a customer facing role, you will be the first point of contact for IT Training.

Candidates must have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, previous experience of application configuration and highly motivated.

This role will require a flexible approach as the successful applicant will be required to work out of normal office hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
