The Essentia Engineering Department at Guy's Hospital is looking to recruit a Team Manager for its electrical team of engineers.

Reporting to the Engineering Operations Manager, you will effectively manage, lead and co-ordinate the engineering staff to ensure the Trust functions effectively, economically and safely.

The Engineering Team Manager has a crucial contribution to providing an effective service. The post holder will be professionally qualified and be an effective manager with adequate leadership skills.

The post holder will lead a multiskilled electrical service for the Engineering Department and other directorates within the Trust.

They will demonstrate commitment, versatility and flexibility whilst undertaking all tasks and delegated work as instructed by the engineering senior management team.

You will be proactive, act independently and direct the frontline workforce. You will also have the the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload where required and work unsupervised.
