Band 3 Virtual Clinic Co-ordinator- Permanent- Monday- Friday 9am-5pm

Do you have experience in Customer Services or previous administrative experience? Are you educated to GCSE standard (Grade A-C) or equivalent in English Language, enthusiastic, motivated and a well-organised individual? If this sounds like you, we are looking to appoint a Virtual Clinic coordinator to work for our Gastrointestinal service where you will work alongside your colleagues in providing a comprehensive and effective service to patients and medical staff.

You will be responsible for processing outcome forms, booking and outcome all of our virtual clinics. You will have regular interaction with patients and also be required to maintain good working relationships with a variety of clinical and non-clinical staff. You will be expected to understand and contribute towards a high standard of patient care and also to work as an effective member of a friendly multidisciplinary team. You should strong communication skills, with the ability to use your own initiative and have a flexible approach to work.

Applicant requirements

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
