A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Gynaecology Department as an Assistant Service Manager. We are looking for an individual with a strong record in operational delivery, line management experience combined with the leadership skills to help deliver a busy, dynamic and ambitious service.

As the Assistant Service Manager you will provide managerial support and leadership to the Gynaecology Department. Your focus will be on working in partnership with clinical teams and the core elements of operational management including service performance, improvement and delivery of RTT. You will be self motivated and able to work autonomously at pace. You will be effective in managing your line reports, time, workload and priorities. You will be focussed on outcomes and motivated by your drive to deliver the highest quality care while ensuring the best possible patient experience. You will be characterised by your commitment to clinical and service excellence, the development of a skilled and caring multiprofessional team and have a determination to do things better.
