Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialist
Band 7

An opportunity has arisen for a Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialist. This post has been established to support the delivery of safe and effective services for patients with tissue viability needs within the community services.

 

The Tissue Viability team provides an expert service across Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and community services. Monitoring and driving down pressure ulcer incidence is the key priority and this post holder will be working closely with clinical teams; community and corporate nursing to drive forward zero tolerance of pressure ulcers.

Relevant clinical experience, a relevant healthcare associated 1st degree, Leg Ulcer Course and a current driving license are essential for this post.
