An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our specialist learning disability health team working with clients who have a diverse range of conditions and presentations. You will provide assessment and treatment including providing 24 hour posture management for people with a complex physical disability.

The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team comprising Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Nurses and will work closely with carers; family; Day Services, Psychology and Social Care agencies.

The post holder will benefit from being part of a group of 8 Physiotherapy staff working in Learning Disabilities across the boroughs of Lambeth Lewisham and Southwark.
This post will be based in the Lambeth Team.

Structured continuing professional and personal development is available, presenting an ideal opportunity for a physiotherapist with good clinical skills and knowledge to broaden their experience within a supportive environment.
Direct clinical supervision will be provided by a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist.
