The Medical Director’s Office is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Service Administrator to join our multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will deliver a high quality administrative support service to doctors across the trust, and essential project support for service improvement projects for the senior members of the Medical Director’s Office team. They will be a core part of a growing team with good opportunities for skills development and advancement within the wider organisation.

To ensure successful delivery of the core MDO services and programmes, the post holder should have effective time management skills and experience of working to meet targets within a set deadline. They should also have experience of handling highly sensitive information whilst ensuring that all internal systems and the information contained within them are managed effectively and in-line with local processes.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for service users, providing advice to senior members of the Trust in a professional and confidential manner. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are both essential criteria for the successful applicant.
