Neonatal Unit - Senior Staff Nurse - Band 6

This is a really exciting time to join our team!

We have fantastic opportunities for dedicated and experienced neonatal nurses who are looking to broaden their clinical experience and develop their careers. We are a referral unit incorporating 20 NICU, 12 HDU and 20 special care cots. We provide an unrivaled breadth of experience, caring for babies with surgical, cardiac, neurological, renal and metabolic disorders as well as those born prematurely.

We provide excellent development opportunities for Band 6 Neonatal Nurses. As specialist staff nurses you can increase on your experience whilst caring for our patient group who required various levels and complexities of care. You are able to join one of the specialist interest nursing groups which aid the enhancement of the service. In addition, we encourage our experienced Band 6 nurses in their personal development by providing the support necessary to take charge of each the clinical areas, and prepare them for the challenge of the next step in their career.
