Esther Ward is a 19 bedded ward predominantly caring for patients with cancer. This includes those receiving active treatment, head and Neck surgery and biopsies, palliative and end of life care. Esther ward has 5 flex beds that open and close depending on hospital capacity demands.

The team prides itself on a cohesive multidisciplinary approach to patient care committed to high clinical standards, and a supportive environment.

This full time position will suit an ambitious committed individual with relevant clinical expertise and outstanding leadership and management skills.

We are looking for someone who is passionate and innovative in their mission to ensure patient experience is of the highest caliber. Someone who is prepared to challenge processes that can adversely affect length of stay in hospital and to promote effective use of our in-patient, out-patient and day care services.
