We are proud to be the first children's hospital to be rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission.  Evelina London provides pioneering healthcare in both the hospital and community settings. We are looking for dynamic nurses who have the potential to grow into outstanding Evelina London Nurses.

Snow Leopard, the newest addition to Evelina London, is a Long Term Ventilation Unit and we pride ourselves on creating a Home from Home environment. Helping to ease the move from hospital to home for long-term ventilated children and their families. The patients staying on the ward are medically stable and waiting for housing or care arrangements to be put into place to make it safe for them to be cared for at home On Snow Leopard children may require home ventilation 24/7 or just at night time. They can be ventilated via either a tracheostomy or a face mask.

We are proud to announce that Snow Leopard is EXPANDING. In our expansion we are excited to develop the Neuro rehabilitation service within Evelina by opening two dedicated beds to help children and their families prepare for going home. We are also getting 3 new bedrooms dedicated for comprehensive Sleep Studies. We are working closely with our colleagues in the Children’s Sleep Medicine Department to support the children's long-term ventilation service. The centre is one of the busiest in the UK providing a complete range of sleep evaluations, from simple diagnostics to complex sleep studies.

This is an exciting opportunity to support growing service and provide high standard of care in a home from home environment. We are privileged to have highly skilled Clinical Educators in all specialties who will support you to develop new skills and experience.
