An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Administration Team working within the Medicines Information, Pharmacy Dept Offices of Guy’s Hospital.

The post holder will provide administrative support to the Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance team.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the workload of the team.

You should possess excellent computer skills have significant secretarial experience and ideally worked on databases. You will need to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
