Band 6 Specialist Rehabilitation or Respiratory Physiotherapists - Rotational (6 Monthly)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Physiotherapists with proven clinical skills to join the growing Band 6 rotational schemes at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Either in the rehabilitation or Respiratory setting.

You will gain experience of treating a wide variety of clinical conditions both in the Acute (Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals) and Community settings in Lambeth and Southwark. You will have the opportunity to develop both your clinical and non-clinical skills including appraisal and supervision of junior staff and students, participation in projects contributing to service development and delivery of training programmes and teaching both within the trust and our partner organisations. Each rotation is of 6 months duration and each post is supported by a number of experienced senior staff and clinical specialists. Staff need to be prepared to participate in any of the rotations within the rehabilitation rotational scheme. These posts would suit a Band 5 physiotherapist wishing to gain specific experience in either rehabilitation or respiratory physiotherapy at a more senior level or an established Band 6 wishing to consolidate and develop their knowledge and skills.
