The successful candidate will play an integral part in the development of the workforce and lead on the delivery of Reablement support to our clients. They will need to demonstrate excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills, have clear decision making capabilities, and be able to effectively manage their time.

In return we will ensure that you are supported by relevant induction, training, operational and professional supervision to enable you to work to your full potential.

You will be supported by the Reablement manager. Your professional development will be actively supported through in–service training programmes; case presentation and review; as well as the wide range of internal and external training offered to GSTT employees.
