Our services include a leading living donor transplant centre, one of the largest Home Haemodialysis programmes and community based satellite dialysis units and kidney treatment centres. We have a strong nursing team where investment in staff development is part of the strategy for building a highly skilled workforce.

We are looking to recruit an experienced dialysis nurse for our New Cross Gate Dialysis Unit who would like to take the next step into management. You will have extensive renal experience within the haemodialysis setting, be able to communicate effectively, and be highly motivated.

• Ability to inspire and develop the team. New Cross Gate dialysis unit supports nurses to develop their skills in medical nursing care, as well as their knowledge of kidney disease. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our service and for improving our kidney patients' experience. As Senior Staff Nurse you will support the unit manager in the day to day managerial responsibilities and act-up in her/his absence. The ideal candidate will have post registration courses in Renal Nursing and Mentorship and have had exposure or experience of managerial responsibilities.
