Project Manager – Technology

Healthy London Partnership Transforming Primary Care

Transforming Primary Care is a pan-London programme being delivered by the Healthy London Partnership for the benefit of patients, clinicians and commissioners across London. The Healthy London Partnership (HLP) is a collaboration between the 32 Clinical Commissioning Groups in London and NHS England (London region) aiming to deliver better health in London.

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for providing project management and analytical support to the Primary Care Technology Lead within the Primary Care Transformation Delivery Unit to ensure programme outputs are delivered effectively and to time and that all pan-London outputs align with and support local transformation programmes across Clinical Commissioning Groups and STPs  

The post holder will take a lead on one or more of the technology enablement projects areas within the programme, working closely with expert working groups and ensuring effective management of dependencies within the programme and across the portfolio of programmes.   The post holder will engage extensively with internal colleagues and work closely with CCG and STP colleagues to ensure alignment of pan-London deliverables and local transformation programmes.

It is expected that the specific projects the post holder works on within this broad area will change over time as the portfolio of work changes.
